Our Kanuka Honey is produced by trusted and approved hives in the vicinity of Katikati. It is a great natural product with a light, silky and sweet floral taste. The Kanuka-tee (Kuneza ericoides) endemic to New Zealand, is found in wetlands, coastal and lowland forests. As a member of the myrtle bush / tree family, it is also known to many as the "tea tree". Kanuka Honey was Manuka's shy cousin for a long time. Therefore it is clearly one of New Zealand's best kept sectrets.
Kanuka Honey can be used in many ways, such as applying it to the skin, directly from the jar, or as a fragant face mask.
